Voicemail

Please see below the options for your voicemail and how to change different options for your mailbox.

Two options you'll have to set up to have your voicemail fully working is your name and your unavailable greeting.

Record your name is for your company directory. If your company has a directory option you'll want to have your name in there if people want to search it. To set this up log into your voicemail by pressing the  or message icon on your phone, or by dailing 5001 then pressing okay or send on your phone. Once you're in press 5 then 2. Please supply your full name only. ie John Smith.

Unavailable Greeting: This will be your standard greeting for your voicemail. You do have options to set up busy greetings or on the phone, but we will just cover the normal greeting to get you up and running. Login to your vocemail by pressing the or message icon on your phone, or by dailing 5001 then pressing okay or send on your phone. Once you're in press 6 then 1. Listen to the prompts on how to record your greeting. ie. Hello, you've reached John Smith from Company Inc, please leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
