Getting Started with UniFi Protect Access

Once downloaded or on the website, select “Create a New UI Account” and complete the required information.

Once we receive your email, we’ll send you an invitation to access the system. You’ll get an email like the one shown below — simply click “Accept Invitation” to gain access to view the cameras.
