Transferring calls using the Mobile or Desktop App

While using Reach UC. You will have two options for transferring a call.

First option, on the Reach UC Mobile App will be the Transfer Button.

Tap on that button and you can input another extension or any 10 or 11 digit phone number to transfer the call.

On the Desktop App you will have the option for Blind Transfer. It will be labelled as Blind

With your mouse click on the Blind Icon.

Then the keypad will show up.

Input the digits you want to call then press the Green Phone Icon to connect the call.

The screen will look like this as it's merging the two calls.

Then the call will be transferred and you can hang up your call.
