If you want to transfer a call to someone else, while on the call below the screen you should see a button that says Transfer or Trans depending on the size of your screen.
Press that button then enter the extension you wish to transfer the call to then hit Blind Trnasfer or B Trans/B Transfer

Example you want to transfer to 200.
Transfer 200 B Trans then hang up.
