Teams - Making Multiple Calls and Holding calls

You're on hold, and you want to make another call. How can this be completed?

First, you'll need to place the call on hold. Press the 3 dots Icon at the bottom of your screen.

Then click on Hold. That person is now on hold and will get random music while on hold.

Next, you'll want to click on the Call button on the left side of Teams.

Then, you'll click on the dial pad to dial out. 

Then, input the second number you wish to call. Then you'll see the first person on hold

You can click on the Play icon to resume that call.
