To run a speed test. Go to speedtest.net
You will be presented with this.
Press the Go button and wait. It will test the inbound and outbound speed.
It will run two tests. Download and Upload Speed.
Let it run, you don't have to do anything. It wil take less than two minutes.
When it's done you'll see this on the page
If you look in the left corner you'll see Share. Click on share, and then select all the text where it says Web. Send us that URL

Then we can look at your speeds and verify.
