In the top left corner click on the dots, then click on Outlook

Then, once you're in Outlook. Look in the top right corner. You should see your initials, for this example you'll see SK. Click on that, then click on Open another mailbox.

Then, a new window will appear in the middle of the screen. You'll need to supply the other email address you want in full. Example info@yourcompany.com

Click on the name to select it, then click on Open.

If you have permission, you'll be able to open it.

Just note that you'll need to do this whenever you log in to a web browser. You only need to do it once with Outlook.

Open Shared Mailbox in Outlook.

Open Outlook, click on File in the top left corner, then a new window will appear, then click Add Account.

A new window in the middle of Outlook will look for any other accounts it might have found on your computer. Wait for it to complete; it should only take 5-10 seconds. Then it will ask for an email address.

Enter the Shared Mailbox that you're going to access. Then click on Connect. It will verify you have access, and then you'll see the email Account on the left sidebar of Outlook.

If you want to send emails from that Shared box. There will be one thing you need to achieve this.

First, create a new email to send out.

Then click on Options, then click on From.

Then, just above To, you should see From with a drop-down arrow to select which email to send from. Click on Other Email Address, it will ask you to enter an email address. Enter the shared email address, then click OK. You should not have to enter the email address again to send from that account. But you will have to select it.

The default will always be your email address.  Make sure you select the shared one when you want to send from that email.
