You can install the App on two devices. ie Laptop and Mobile Device. **Note desktop phone is not included in this number.
This is is what the email will look like.
First you will download the app. After you have downloaded the App you will need to click on Get Credentials.
If you're adding this to your mobile phone it's best to click on this line on your desktop computer or laptop as you'll need to scan a QR code.
Once you click on this link it will open to a website showing you the same information, then you click on Get Credentials again and it will reveal the QR code, username and password. If you're going to use this on your computer as well, please write down the username, password and domain.
Either take a screenshot your copy/paste and email the domain, username and password to yourself so that you have a copy of it for later on.
If you're using the Desktop app for your computer, please copy/paste the credentials information above.
In the App, click on the Scan icon.
This will open your camera. Then, you can scan the QR code, which will fill out all the information for you.
After you log in, on the first open, it will ask permission to access your phone, notifications, etc. You will need to allow this to make/receive calls. It will only ask you once unless the permissions have changed.
For Desktop, you'll need to copy the information from the Credentials provided to you. Then input them into the App, and make sure you click on Remember Me then Login. Then you're done.
