Help CenterYou'll get an email from the phone system to set up a password and voicemail pin. The email will come from donotreply@key2hosted.com
Click on Complete Setup then it will open the link and you'll see the following screen.
Supply a password twice and enter a Voicemail PIN.
Once you have entered that click on Save.
Once you click on save, it will log you into the portal.
Next, you'll want to set up the Reach UC app for your computer and/or mobile device. You can download Reach UC here. For your mobile device, please open your App Store for iOS Devices or PlayStore for Android Devices. Search for ReachUC
See below for what to look for.
The interface will look the same for both the mobile and desktop apps.
You will be presented with the following login page.
Your username will be your extension @ company name (no .com)
example 850@democompany
Please refer to the email that was sent to you to set up your account for the proper username. Then use the password you entered above.
On your first time set up, you'll see this screen come up.
You must click on Agree to continue to the next step.
Depending on your phone it will ask you to give the Reach UC App permissions to access the following
Microphone
Recording
Contacts
Make Calls
If you do not allow this the app will not be able to continue and you'll not be able to make calls.
Please allow this. Once done you should see the screen below.
You shouldn't have to do any changes from within the app.
Note the Moon icon is the Do Not Disturb icon. If for some reason you are not getting any calls, this could be enabled.
DND = Disabled
DND = Enabled
The next option you will want to do is set up your voicemail.
From the App dial ext 5001. It will ask you for your PIN. Once you enter the PIN it will ask you to supply your name for the company directory and record a greeting for your extension.
