When someone is placed on "hold or park", the Park button will change from Green to Red and flash red. Then, to retrieve the park, you press the red Park button and start talking with the person on the other side. As soon as you pick up the call, the Park button will return to green since you picked up the call.
If your phone does not have a Park Key, you can retrieve the park by entering *590X. Where the X would be is Park1, Park2, etc. For example, if you want to pick up Park 3, dial *5903, then press talk to call on your phone.&nbsp;Then, you'll be connected to the call. This can be done from any phone in the building.&nbsp;
