Help CenterYou will need to log into one of the Multicell base units from your computer. Key2 can provide you with this IP address. We will also provide you the username and password to login to the device.
Once you log in you'll see the following screen.
To Register or Re-Register the phone click on Extensions.
Then once you are there look for the extension on the right side
You can only register 1 phone at a time. You'll need to click on the checkbox on the left side. If you're going to register multiple phones, you can select all the ones you want to register by clicking on the check box in the red box below.
Click on the extension you want to Register, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Register Handset(s)
Then follow the instructions here https://helpdesk.key2.ca/registering-on-the-multi-cell-phone/ to register on the phone.
Then you're done. Repeat for each phone where needed.
