Quick voicemail Recording

If you're changing your voicemail, press the mail icon on your phone, or dial your extension number. If you're changing another voicemail from another phone, dial that extension, and then it will say "You have reached the voicemail system, please leave your message after the tone". Once you hear that recording, press the * key on your phone, and then it will say please enter your access code. The default access code is 224466.

You'll want to change your Personal Welcome Message. Press 4. If you do not have a recording, it will ask you to record your personal greeting. Listen to the prompt then you'll hear the beep to start recording. Once done press the # key to end the recording. After the recording it will ask you if you wish to listen to the recording, press 1, to use the recording press 2, to record again press 3.

If you're happy with your recording you can hang up the phone and the recording is now saved.
