Provision Yealink Phone

If you have a new phone and it doesn't want to sync with us, sometimes we will request that you force the auto provision for the phone.

Please see the steps below to force it to update.

Press the Menu Button

Then use the arrow button arrow buttons on your phone to go to Basic. Then press OK

 

Then press the up arrow twice to go to Update Configuration, or press 1 twice for 11.

Then when you are on 11. Update Configuration, press the Enter or OK button.

Then you should see Provision now?

Tap on OK then your should should update and you should see your extension show up on the phone in the top left position
