What is MyGlue?

MyGlue is a secure password management platform that allows you to safely store and share passwords within your organization.

Instead of saving company passwords in Word or Excel files, MyGlue provides a secure, encrypted location for storing credentials. It can also generate strong, unique passwords for you, helping improve overall security.

You can access MyGlue at https://myglue.key2.ca/ or https://app.myglue.com/ using your company email address (personal email addresses are not supported).

Logging In

  1. Go to https://myglue.key2.ca or https://app.myglue.com/

  2. On the landing page, click Login.

  3. Use your company email address and the password associated with your MyGlue account.

⚠️ Do not select “KaseyaOne Login.” MyGlue users do not have KaseyaOne credentials.

Once logged in, you may see passwords already stored — for example, Wi-Fi passwords or other shared company credentials.

Navigation Overview

On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll find:

  • Passwords — shared and personal credentials

  • Documents — files or information shared with you by your IT provider (Key2)

Passwords in MyGlue

You may notice a legend showing multiple passwords (e.g., “3 total”), but only one is visible.

This is because you only see Shared Passwords by default — the others are your Personal Passwords, visible only to you.

Shared vs. Personal Passwords

Type Description Example
Shared Passwords Accessible to multiple team members. Used for company-wide accounts. Fax service login, coffee order account, etc.
Personal Passwords Visible only to you. Used for private or individual accounts. Personal admin logins, testing accounts, etc.

🔒 Key2 (your IT provider) cannot see your Personal Passwords.
