Help CenterThe default Ring Time for the whole system is usually 30 seconds. This will equal about 6 rings. Each ring is roughly 5 seconds. We may have increased this Ring Time at your location based on request. However, you can increase or decrease for each user.
Go under PBX > Extensions.
Click on the extension you wish to change. Then close to the top, you'll see Ring Time. It will say Default. To change it, click on Default. Then you'll see a counter that goes up to 120. Note this is in seconds, not the number of rings.
In this example, we will change it to 40 seconds, roughly 8 rings.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click on Submit. Wait for the page to refresh, then click on Apply** If you do not click on Apply, it will not save settings.
