How to Park and Retrieve a Call
Parking a Call
When you receive a call, answer it as you normally would.
- Press the More button.

- On the next screen, select Transfer.

Transfer Options
You will now have the option to either:

Park the call
-
Transfer the call to another user in your company
Transferring to an External Number
If you need to transfer the call to an external phone number:

Press the Dial Pad icon at the top of the screen.

Enter the phone number.

Press Call at the bottom of the screen.

Select one of the following transfer methods:
Assisted Transfer

Allows you to speak with the recipient before completing the transfer.
Blind Transfer

Sends the call directly to the recipient without speaking to them first.
Parking a Call
To park a call:

At the top of the screen, select one of the available parking locations (Park 1, Park 2, etc.).

Confirm the parking location when prompted.

The call is now parked and can be retrieved from another phone.
Retrieving a Parked Call
To retrieve a parked call:

Press Contacts in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Locate the parking location (Park 1, Park 2, etc.) that shows a parked call.

Select the appropriate parking location.

When prompted with "Do you want to retrieve the parked call?", select Yes.
You will now be connected to the parked caller.
