How to Change Your Microsoft Password
Note: Depending on your setup, you may have separate passwords for your computer and your email.
If you are hosted in the cloud by us, your Microsoft login credentials (including email, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) will all use the same password.
To change your Microsoft password, you must know your current password. If you've forgotten it, please contact the Helpdesk.
Steps to Change Your Password:

Go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com
Log in using your full company email address (e.g.,firstname.lastname@company.com
) and current password. -
After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the Microsoft Office home page.
In the lower-left corner, click on Apps. -
Select Outlook from the list of applications.

Once Outlook loads, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. This icon typically displays your initials.

Click on View Account.

On the account page, locate and click Change Password on the left-hand side.

Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm it.

Click Submit or Save to complete the process.
