How to Merge Calls for a Conference Call in the Key2 Mobile App

Merging calls in the Key2 Mobile App is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to start a conference call:

1. Connect to a call – Begin by being on an active call within the app.

2. Tap “More” – While on the call, tap the More option on your screen.

   

3. Select “Add Call +” – On the next screen, tap Add Call +.

   

4. Choose or enter a number – You can now:

   • Enter a phone number manually,

   • Select a contact from your list, or

   • Search for a number.
     

5. Once the second call connects, you’ll have the option to merge calls and begin your conference.
