You got your welcome email but the password that was provided was super long and you won't remember it? You can change it.
To change it, login to the platform with the password provided in the welcome email.
The Green box will be the URL to log the PBX platform
The Red box is your password for that PBX Platform
PIN for your extension: This is you voicemail password
Click on the link in the Greenbox, then wait for it to load.
Then you'll see the login screen.
Account is your extension number. ie 100
Then password is the one in the red box from the welcome email. Copy and paste then then click on Login.
Then when you login you'll need to click on your extension number in the top right corner, then click on settings.
Once you click on settings, you will want to look for web password. Type in a password then confirm. Then scroll down to Save at the bottom. Then you will have changed your login password. From here you can also change your PIN password which is your voicemail password, or do it through your phone
