Your site uses hot desking, which means you must log in with your account to use the phone.
Emergency Calls
You do not need to log in to call emergency services. All phones can dial:
- 911 for emergencies
- 988 for the Suicide Crisis Helpline
- 611 to reach Key 2 for assistance
How to Log In
To log in, you’ll need your extension number and PIN code.

Find Your PIN Code
- You should have received a welcome email with a default PIN: 224466.
- We recommend changing this PIN after your first login. You can do so by following this guide under Option 2: Change Your Access Code.

Log In to the Phone
- Press the Login button on the phone.
- Enter your extension number when prompted.
- Enter your PIN code (also called your Access Code).
- The system will confirm activation. Your phone's red light will flash, and your name and extension will appear on the display.
Logging Out
- To log out, press the Login button again, enter your extension, and then your PIN code.
- If you forget to log out, the system will automatically log you out at midnight.
