Key 2 will provide a username, password and a  Server FQDN. You'll need to apply this information to your on-premise phone system.

Example:

Username: 8507060
Password: wgC@r8*09RO4al2aAMd&
Server FQDN: yourcompanyname.key2pbx.ca
SIP Port: 5060

Protocol: UDP, TCP or TLS. If using TLS, please change the SIP port 5061.

We can also do IP Auth SIP Service. But this requires you to have a static IP.

You'll need to ensure that port forwarding has been set up on your router or firewall.

Ports that need to be forwarded to your PBX.

5060-5061 TCP/UDP
10000-20000 TCP

We recommend allowing all traffic from our FQDN rather than doing port forwarding. This will ensure that no BOTs try to scan your PBX remotely.
