Getting IPEI Number

We might request you to provide the IPEI number from the phone. This is unique to each phone. Similar to a serial number.

There are two ways to get this number.

The first is via the phone interface.

Tap on the 3 lines on the phone

Then use the arrow circle button that's in the red square below. Move to the Gear icon, and then hit the center button.

Then using the circle button press down until you see Status

Then scroll down a little bit until you see the IPEI then the number

If we requested this, please take a photo or write it down and send it to us.

The other option is to take the battery out.

Flip the phone over, 

Unlock the cover by moving it to the left.

Then take the backing off, then remove the battery then you'll see the S/N and IPEI number. We do not need the S/N, we need the IPEI number.

Again, write it down and send us a photo if required.
