Emails landing in your junk or deleted folders

1 min. readlast update: 06.26.2024

Lately, Microsoft has been making some changes on the back end to fight spam and phishing emails. The changes they have made have also affected legitimate emails. When the email is sent, they look at the email properties, and if one of the new security features fails, they mark that email as junk or move it to the deleted folder.

There is no way to turn this off, so we will have to train your email to not block the email.

First, find the email that landed in your junk or deleted folder, right-click on it, then look for Junk, and a new window will appear. If you get multiple emails from this company, click on Never Block Sender's Domain (@example.com), or if it's just one person you get the email from, click on Never Block Sender.

Also, check and see if the Graphus alert came up as well.

If this shows up on the email, click on Remove Banner. Note that this can take up to 24-48 hours to take effect.

After 48 hours, the person who emailed you that went to Junk shouldn't land in there anymore.
