Help CenterFirst, make sure you're connected to your Office WiFi. We will install the device on your main WiFi, not on a guest WiFi. Then on your phone or tablet, open up Spotify.
Start playing a song, then when it starts playing. Look in the bottom left corner of the screen you'll see an icon that looks like a Speaker.
Tap on that icon, then a new window will show.
You should see a speaker named your location name. Tap on that and the music should start playing in the club. If you do not hear music, make sure your amp is turned on and the volume is turned up. **Make sure you adjust the volume on your phone or tablet to make sure the volume is turned on.
If for some reason you do not see your speaker there. Go to where your amp is installed, and unplug the power from your AudioCast.

Where the red arrow is. That is the micro usb port where the device is powered. Unplug that for 5 seconds and plug back in, then repeat the steps above. If you are still experiencing issues, please email support@key2.ca
