By default we only allow Canada and USA Calling. To enable International calling you must email support@key2.ca and they will enable it on your account.
Some people will want to have codes for accounting or to give only certain people authorization to call International.
To add your own codes, login to the portal, then click on Settings, then Address Book. When the address books pops up, input a first and last name for tracking. Then where it says CMC code, input the 4 to 6 digit code for that user.
Then when they dial 011 + country code then the number it will ask for a code. Input this code then it will complete the call.
Note you can assign a code to indivual users or to teams. The CDR on the PBX will show what user made the call for 4 weeks. After that we would have to pull a manual CDR pull which can take up to 24 hours to retrieve.
**Note, they do not need to be at their desk to make teh call, they can use any phone in the building.
To make an international call dial 011+countrycode+number ie 011525551234 this will go to Mexico as country code 52 is Mexico.
