Help CenterIf you want to change your own buttons on your phone, you can ask Key2 or someone from your management team that manages the phone system for you to send you a welcome email.
This will have the URL and login details for your extension.
Click on the link that is provided and log in to the user portal.
In the top right corner, you'll see your extension number. Click on that then you'll see Desktop phone buttons. Click on that then on the next page you'll see your button options.
Select the button you want to change. You'll most likely want to change a speed dial or extension BLF.
Extension BLF is a button where you can see if the user is on the phone. The button will be green with they are not on the phone, as soon as they are on the phone it will change to red. Then you can also use the button as a speed dial to call that person.
Speed Dial should be used for outside numbers. You can use it for inside extensions, but better to use an Extension BLF for that.
