Help CenterTo access your NVR from your phone you will need to go to your App Store for iOS devices or Play Store for Android.
You'll want to download an app called Guarding Vision of 2024. The App name might change in future versions, but we will update the name here. Download and install.
Once installed open up the app then you'll see this.
When you click on Add Local Device, it should take you to this screen.
If it does scroll down to Adding Details below. We will go to the next step in case it doesn't go to this window.
If you get this window, tap on the + or Add Device
Then at the bottom of the screen it should pop up this.
Tap on Add device Manually
Tap on Guarding Vision Domain > then type on IP/Domain
Adding Details
On the next window is where we add the details for your NVR.
We will send you and email with the missing details
Alias: Please pick a friendly name that you can use. Like Home, Office, Gym
Address: We will provide you an IP or a very long domain name. Note it should be just a domain. ie yourname.whatever.com if it has https://yourname.whatever.com/ remove the https:// and / at the end.
Port: 8000, this should be the default
User Name: We will provide this to you in an email. This is case sensitive. So User and user are different usernames.
Device Password: We will provide this to you in an email.
Input the details then you'll have this
When you're done, tap on the save icon in the top right corner. If everything went correctly. You should see Saved appear in the bottom, then you can click on Start Live View
Then you should be able to see all your Cameras
You can double tap on one of the cameras to go full screen. Or you can click on the icon with the 4 windows to view all the cameras.
You can swipe left or right on the screen to go between cameras.
