Help CenterTo access your NVR from your phone you will need to go to your App Store for iOS devices or Play Store for Android.
You'll want to download an app called Hik-Connect as of 2024. The App name might change in future versions, but we will update the name here. Download and install.
Once installed open up the app then you'll see this.
You can skip or enter in your region.
On the next window, you have the option to Login / Register an account or Add Local Device. For this we will be skipping the Login / Register, and tap on Add Local Device.
Then on the next window, you'll see where you can enter some information. We will provide this information in a separate email.
You'll only need to enter this information once. Then tap on save in the top right corner.
Then it should look like this.
When you enter the information it will check when you save the information, if anything is wrong it will provide an error. When ready tap on Start Live View at the bottom.
Once you do that it will log in and default to 4 Screens. Do not worry if you have more.
Do view more at once, tap on the screen with 4 screens on it then it will pop up to show you more options
Select the option you wish to view
When you select a camera, you can tap on it where the 1 is in the photo below. Then you view the next camera you can slide your finger to the left or right to go to the next camera. double tap to get out.
