The first option is to dial your DID, then once you hear your voicemail recording press the * (star) button on your phone, then it will say Password. Enter your password. Your default password is 829 + your extension number. Example 8291204. Then you can listen to your recordings.
If your company has an Auto Attendant, you can call your main number, then as soon as you hear the recording, dial your extension,then once you hear your voicemail recording press the * (star) button on your phone, then it will say Password. Enter your password. Your default password is 829 + your extension number. Example 8291204. Then you can listen to your recordings.
